Elllis Kate (Tina Fey) with her sister, Maura (Amy Poehler), have found that their parents Ellis Bucky (James Brolin) and Deana Ellis (Dianne Wiest) will sell their family home, where she and Maura have many wonderful memories. When asked to clean their rooms, and Maura Kate is approached by a memory from their past, and from there the two women who each are having personal problems have decided to hold one last party for their beloved home. Directed by Jason Moore directed the Perfect Pitch, the story was written by Paula Pell writer who has been a sketch on Saturday Night Live in 1995, and has two main star that bears the deadly duo in Hollywood comedy industry, not surprisingly expected to Sisters is quite large. Unfortunately the results given by the film never was on track trying to lead you to discover the comedy special, from the beginning to the end. Sisters actually feels more like a standard effort in making "Judd Apatow comedy" without involving Judd Apatow in it, wearing a funny joke to mix formula with discomfort the characters and the story.
